At Clara, we take no responsibility for the requirements requested by any bank. Compliance requirements will vary from bank to bank and from customer to customer and may require you to incur additional costs in order to obtain certified documents.

Bank account applications for ADGM entities usually require a current dated certificate of incumbency stating the shareholding and director details. We can assist you with obtaining the certificate.

You will need to confirm the particular requirements for documents with the bank of your choice as all banks have their own application requirements.
