Clara can assist you with ordering a certificate of incumbency for your ADGM entity. There are two options:
Basic: Clara will order a digital certificate via the ADGM Portal that will be issued by ADGM. It will include the names of the directors and shareholders but does not have information about the number of shares held by each shareholder or their percentage ownership. See this example.
Advanced: Clara will prepare a detailed Certificate of Incumbency which includes the names of the directors and shareholders as well as the number and class of shares held by each shareholder. This will be signed by Clara and then submitted to ADGM for digital stamping. See this example.
The Basic certificate costs USD 325 + VAT which includes the USD 100 filing fee payable to ADGM. It will take 2 - 3 business days to obtain.
The Advanced certificate costs USD 550 + VAT which includes the USD 100 filing fee payable to ADGM. It will take 3 - 5 business days to obtain.
