If the transferee is a new stakeholder, first add them by following the steps in the guide How do I add a new stakeholder?
If the transferee is an existing shareholder, you can proceed directly to initiate the transfer. Go to the transferor’s share position and click on ‘ID’
3. Click on ‘Manage’ and select ‘Transfer’
4. Complete the transfer form, specifying whether it’s a partial or full transfer and including other relevant details. Click 'Save'
5. Once saved, the transfer transaction will appear in the specific share position. You can then add it to your cart
6. Go to the Dashboard and click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission
Note: the submission of these changes through Clara does not automatically update the company's details with the Regulator. Clara will contact you to take the necessary steps, including obtaining signed company resolutions and any additional documents required to complete the filings with the Regulator.
