Add a new director
If the new director is not an existing stakeholder, follow these steps to add them How do I add a new stakeholder?. When you select their role as director, the system will prompt you to save the changes and add them to your cart. Once added, go to the Dashboard and click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission.
Remove an existing director
To delete a stakeholder’s director role, follow these steps How do I modify the roles of a stakeholder?. When you click on delete, the system will prompt you to save changes and add them to your cart. Once added, go to the Dashboard and click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission.
Note: the submission of these changes through Clara does not automatically update the company's details with the Regulator. Clara will contact you to take the necessary steps, including obtaining signed company resolutions and any additional documents required to complete the filings with the Regulator.
