To cancel shares, please go to the Equity tab, select shares and click on the ID of the shares that you wish to cancel
2. Click on ‘Manage’ and select ‘Cancel’
3. Complete the cancellation form and click ‘Save’
4. Once saved, the cancellation transaction will appear in the specific share position. You can then add it to your cart
5. Once added, go to the Dashboard and click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission.
Note: the submission of these changes through Clara does not automatically update the company's details with the Regulator. Clara will contact you to take the necessary steps, including obtaining signed company resolutions and any additional documents required to complete the filings with the Regulator.
