How do I appoint a new authorized signatory or remove an existing authorised signatory?

To appoint or remove your ADGM authorised signatory, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Map and click on your company's profile

  2. Navigate to the 'Key People' tab

  3. Click 'Edit' next to 'Authorised Signatory' where you can add or remove stakeholders

Click on Key people

4. When you are ready to pay, go to the Dashboard and click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission.

Note: the submission of these changes through Clara does not automatically update the company's details with the Regulator. Clara will contact you to take the necessary steps, including obtaining signed company resolutions and any additional documents required to complete the filings with the Regulator.
