How do I change the name of my company?

Note: the submission of these changes through Clara does not automatically update the company's details with the Regulator. Clara will contact you to take the necessary steps, including obtaining signed company resolutions and any additional documents required to complete the filings with the Regulator.To change the name of your company:

If Clara is the registered agent for your company, changing the name will require filing with the registrar. In this case, you can add the new name and save changes to add them to your cart. Then go to the Dashboard, click on 'view cart' to complete payment and submission.
