Clara's fees are fixed according to our fee schedule which has remained consistent since 2018. We do not discount these fees for a number of reasons.

Unlike many service providers, we do not charge on a time-spent basis, applying fees per email sent or call made. This leads to uncertainty and unexpected costs. Instead, Clara charges on a fixed fee basis according to our fee schedule so that our fees are transparent and our clients can budget for their annual costs.
