The incorporation application must state why your Company is being incorporated and include a commitment to fulfil this purpose within six months of its incorporation.

For example, if the purpose of the new Company is to hold shares in a company to be incorporated, we need to know where this company will be incorporated, what services it will provide and where the services will be provided.

ADGM may revoke the commercial licence of the holding company if there is a failure to achieve the purpose described in the incorporation application within 6 months of its incorporation.
