When sharing your Clara profile, you can choose from four user roles. While all users have access to the full profile, the difference is in how they interact with the account. Here's a closer look at each role:

Owner

Owners have full control over the profile, including managing subscription, editing details and sharing the profile. At least one owner is required for each account.

Manager

Managers can edit and share the profile, but they cannot manage subscription or payment methods. This role is suitable for trusted advisors or team members.

Editor

Editors can edit details in the profile but cannot manage subscription, payment methods or share the profile.

Viewer

Viewers can access and review the profile's content, but they do not have access to sensitive information such as passport numbers. They cannot edit or share the profile.
