At Clara, we value our customer's privacy. We are regulated by both ADGM and DIFC, both jurisdictions have their own Data Protection regulations which we follow closely. All data is stored securely behind encrypted servers and access is only granted in two ways:
The Owner of the Clara account 'shares' the profile with third party users; or
The Owner has a technical support issue, and one of our 3 administration technical team members (who are full-time employed by Clara) will be granted temporary access to troubleshoot the issue.
