Editing user roles on your Clara profile
Editing user roles on your Clara profile

The role assigned to a user will determine what level of control they will have with that company profile. Our article here provides information on each user role.

Owners of a profile can edit the roles of all users on the profile. Managers can also do this, except that they can't edit the Owners role.

Follow the steps below to edit the role of a user.


1. Login to your Clara account and click on the Company that you would like to edit the users.

2. Click on the three dots at the top right of the page

3. Select "This Profile"


4. Click on "Shared with" to see all the users who this company profile. Under the column "Roles" click on the Role that you would like to edit. In the image below we will be editing the individual who has the role of Editor.

5. When you click on the word "Editor" the box below will appear, allowing you to choose the role that you would like to select for this individual.

6. Once you choose the new level of role, a pop up will come up asking you to confirm. Check the box and select "Confirm" for this change to be activated.
