Canceling shares refers to the permanent removal of existing shares from the company's issued and outstanding shares.
Please note that canceling the shares on your Clara Cap Table does not legally cancel the shares. You may need take further steps cancel the shares, please seek legal advise on this point.
1. Click on Shares
2. Click on the name of the share issuance
3. Click on Manage
4. Click on Cancel
5. Fill out Cancel form
Provide a reason for canceling the shares and upload and attach supporting legal documents
6. Click on Save
