The two most common ways to show the current shareholders and directors of a company are:
A certificate of incumbency issued by the Registration Authority or the Company Service Provider managing the company which provides details on the company, including its directors and shareholders; and
Current dated registers of shareholders and directors which are certified as a true copy by the Registration Authority or by the Company Service Provider.
It will depend on the jurisdiction where the company is registered on the document available. Where no document is available, a Director’s certificate which is signed by a Director of the Company and includes the details of the Director appointments and shareholders, may be accepted.
