We cannot provide the portal details to clients for two reasons – confidentiality, but also the requirement to ensure that the registers that we maintain are accurate, up to date and in accordance with the regulations. As we maintain the filings to ensure that they are prepared and filed in accordance with the regulations, the portal access is via Clara Formations.
