ADGM being an online registry offers these services through its online portal solution.

As per the ADGM CSP Regime, in case of non-exempt SPVs, your Company Service Provider and for all Companies engaging our services, under our service agreement, Clara is responsible for filing all applications with the ADGM Authority, and to maintain the sole access to the portal to manage all the post incorporation filings and applications.
