All companies within Clara's management are maintained within a central ADGM portal account. Individual access cannot be provided to a company because it is important that Clara maintains sole access for document control and audit purposes.

For ADGM non-exempt SPVs, only the Company Service Provider can access and submit filings on the ADGM Portal. This is a legal requirements introduced by the ADGM CSP Regime.
