ADGM entities are regulated under the ADGM Commercial Regulations. ADGM does have its own regulatory and governance system including ADGM Courts for Dispute and Arbitration, ADGM Notary Service and ADGM Statute Law which finds its foundation in English Common Law however has been varied to ensure it also remains compliant to the Federal Regulations of the UAE.
