If you are setting up a company in ADGM via the Clara platform, you will be asked to nominate an ADGM Authorised Signatory in the workflow.
This article explains how you can update or change who is nominated as the ADGM Authorised Signatory before you pay and submit your incorporation.
1. Click on Map
2. Click on Go to profile
for the new company you have added to your stakeholder map
3. Click on Assignee
4. Click on Edit
5. Click on Yes, all added!
6. Click on Next
7. Choose the authorised signatory
Select the stakeholder who should be the authorised signatory instead. The stakeholders listed will only be those eligible to be ADGM Authorised Signatories.
8. Click on Next
to save changes
