If the proof of address provided is issued electronically, we should not need to certify that the document is authentic.
However, if the proof of address is not issued electronically (e.g. a utility bill issued via post), a lawyer will have to certify its authenticity.
We can certify the authenticity of the proof of address via a video call. Please bring a physical copy of proof of address to the certification call.
