What is a share position?
What is a share position?
Updated over a week ago

A share position refers to the number of shares that a stakeholder owns in the company. A stakeholder’s total share position may be the combination of one or more share issuances.

For example, a Founder may only have had one issuance of shares when the company was formed but an Employee might have had multiple share issuances each time they exercised some of the options that were granted to them.

For this tool, you can either enter in a stakeholder’s total share position as a single entry or you can add each issuance one by one.
