ADGM operating companies can sponsor employees and Clara can support you with obtaining your visas.
Number of Visas
The number of visas an ADGM company can obtain will depend on its licence and office space. An ADGM Tech Startup Licence can obtain up to 3 visas per dedicated desk that they have leased. Other operating companies can take up to 2 visas per dedicated desk or 1 visa per 8sqm of office space leased by the company.
Visa Costs
Employment visas can be obtained for 1 or 2 year validity periods and the fees per visa are outlined below:

Before a company can sponsor employees, it must obtain an establishment card and set up an e-channels account. Clara will arrange both and the fees are outlined below:

The following items (and their associated costs) are not included in Clara's visa services:
Obtaining health insurance
Assistance with attestation of documents
Collection or delivery services for documents
Clearing any previous overstay penalties
Accompanying employees for medical screening.
How do I get started?
Step 1: Complete our online questionnaire which covers the number and type of visas required
Step 2: For each employee who requires a visa, complete a separate visa application questionnaire. You may wish to send each individual a link to complete their own questionnaire as you will need personal information and documents to answer the questions.
Clara will then provide a proposal for the scope of services you require and issue our invoice once the proposal is accepted.
