Location of Financial Records

One of the questions we will ask you when incorporating your ADGM company is where will the financial records for your company be maintained. One of the first steps once the ADGM company is formed is that the Board of Directors of the newly formed entity will pass a Board resolution approving the maintenance of the financial records at a specific location and then this is filed with ADGM.

This is required because Clara as your Company Service Provider will maintain the statutory records for your company at our registered office address, but the day-to-day financial accounts will be maintained by you elsewhere. The address could be the address of your operating company (in the UAE or outside the UAE) or might be the address of your accountant.
