We will need the following items from you to prepare the incorporation documents and application for your ADGM Tech Startup

<a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6403946-why-does-adgm-want-to-know-if-my-company-name-has-another-meaning">Proposed name</a>: If the name has a particular meaning, this must be disclosed. If the name is similar to an affiliated entity, we will need the details, including the commercial licence.

Shareholders: who will be the incorporating shareholders and what is the split of shares between them. We will need their <a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6394589-what-is-kyc-and-why-is-it-required">KYC</a>.

Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs): If there will be an individual who has 25% or more ownership or voting rights in the ADGM SPV indirectly through a corporate vehicle, we will need their KYC.

Directors: who will be appointed as the director(s) and we will need their <a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6394589-what-is-kyc-and-why-is-it-required">KYC</a>.

<a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6385804-what-is-an-adgm-authorised-signatory">ADGM Authorised Signatory:</a> who will be appointed as the ADGM Authorised Signatory and we will need their <a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6394589-what-is-kyc-and-why-is-it-required">KYC</a>. If more than one person is being appointed, will their authority be joint or single?

<a href="https://help.clara.co/en/articles/6235422-what-is-a-data-protection-contact">Data Protection Contact</a>: who will be the Data Protection Contact and we will need their KYC.

Banking Authorities: If the company will open and operate a bank account, who will have signing authority?

Financial Records: Clara will maintain the statutory records, but the day-to-day accounts will be held elsewhere. If the address is in the UAE, please provide a PO Box.
