All non-exempt ADGM SPVs and Foundations must use the registered office address of their Company Service Provider. Other entities are required to take their own lease on Al Reem or Al Maryah Island.

If your entity needs to change its registered office address, a filing must be submitted with the ADGM Registration Authority to record the new address. This filing is supported by a board resolution approving the change of address and the new lease is uploaded with the application.
