How do I check the status of signatures?

Once you have generated a document on Clara and sent it for signature, you will find that document saved in your data room. The status will be marked as 'Pending' while awaiting signature. Once all signatures are collected, the status will change to 'Signed'.

The steps below explain how you can check the status of each signature request.


1. Click on 'View' to open the document

Once you have located the document in the data room, click the view button.

2. Review the left panel

The left bar shows the signature status of each signee.

The left bar shows the signature status. If a document was sent for signatures but wasn't delivered, it's possible that the email address was incorrect. To fix it, use the 'Resend' option and update the email address.
