Clara's incorporation service costs $2,889.02 and includes:
Government incorporation fee;
Registered office address for the period from the date of incorporation to 31 December in the year of incorporation;
Preparing incorporation and constitutional documents
* Please note that this fee will be rising to $3,250 from 1st January 2024 onwards.
An annual renewal fee of $2,807 applies, which includes:
Our professional service fee for filing the annual return
Provision of registered office address for 12 months
The appointment of Clara as the Company Service Provider;
Economic Substance Declaration filing; and
The $1,007 renewal fee payable to Cayman Islands Government.
