Government incorporation fee;
Registered office address for the period from the date of incorporation to 31 December in the year of incorporation;
Preparing incorporation and constitutional documents
An annual renewal fee of $3,250 is due before the 31st of December each year, this includes:
A professional service fee for filing the annual return
Provision of registered office address for 12 months
The appointment of Clara as the Registered Agent;
Economic Substance Declaration filing; and
The annual government fee.
