This Employment Agreement is only suitable for use with an employee being employed by an ADGM-based company. It should not be used for employees that are employed by companies based in other jurisdictions.

Making sure your ADGM entity is allowed to hire employees and sponsor work permits. This will not be the case for SPVs but will be permitted if you hold a tech licence or another operating licence.
