Our Corporate KYC form needs to be completed and returned with the attachments in order to add a corporate entity as a Shareholder.

If the company has any significant shareholders (shareholder who own 25% or more of the company) then we will need the information and documents for those individuals. They will need to complete our Individual KYC form.
