There is no specific grace period from ADGM. In our experience, ADGM have not issued fines for late renewal as long as the renewal is filed by the due date of the annual confirmation statement. However, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case – it is just our past experience. The Regulations require that all ADGM entities maintain a valid licence at all times.
