The annual confirmation statement (previously known as annual return), is a filing that must be submitted every year, within one month of the company's anniversary of incorporation. The filing confirms that all of the details of the company are up to date, including:
the company’s registered office address;
the company's business activities;
the details of the directors; and
the details of the company’s shares, share capital and shareholding.
