1. Click go to profile
Open the profile of the stakeholder you wish to remove from your profile
2. Click on Delete
3. Review pop-up
If there are documents or equity positions associated with the stakeholder you will be able to delete the stakeholder.
If there's any additional information like documents or equity positions connected to the stakeholder you will not be able to delete the stakeholder.
You have two options:
You can solve the issues by removing or dissociating documents and equity positions from this stakeholder. Once complete, return to this workflow to delete the stakeholder.
Deactivate the profile. This will remove the stakeholder from the Map, but the stakeholder will still be visible via Equity, Generate Documents, and the Data Room.
