The certification process to verify your passport includes three quick steps:
Enter Information: You will enter your name, your date of birth and your email. This information is used by Clara to link your certification to our internal records.
Passport Capture: Using a smartphone or webcam, hold your passport up to the camera to take a clear, well-lit photo.
Notes:
* If you have multiple nationalities, only use your primary nationality passport
* Only use a valid passport. An expired passport will cause an error in the certification process.
Selfie: You will be asked to take a series of selfies using your smartphone camera or webcam. AI then compares your face with the photo in your passport.
Once completed, it is submitted to Clara's compliance team for review.
