The benefit of Clara managing your company is end to end service that goes hand in hand with our platform which you can use to generate legal documents, set up an option plan, issue convertibles, and manage your cap table.

Certify passports (if required)
Sign a source of funds statement
Sign a board resolution approving the change in corporate service provider (we will provide this)
We will file the board resolution with the Cayman registrar, making the move effective.
The Cayman registrar will inform your old CSP that you are moving to Clara
Note: Your old CSP will likely contact you and ask you to pay an exit fee. Please discuss with your CSP what the costs are, we don't have any oversight on this.
