We must collect proof of residential address for all individuals. This document must have been issued within the past two months. It must also be in English. If the document is not in English, you must provide an English translation with the original.
We can accept a utility bill, an internet bill or a bank statement. If the individual does not have proof of residential address (e.g. because all bills are in a family member's name), a confirmation can be provided from the family member. A form of confirmation can be downloaded from the KYC Questionnaire.
