Follow the steps below to manage your Scale subscription and switch off the auto-renew of your Scale subscription.
Turning off auto-renew will unsubscribe you from Scale once your current subscription period ends.
You can also opt to may monthly after one year of subscription.
Please note that subscriptions are associated with Clara profiles, please ensure you have selected the relevant profile for the subscription you would like to manage.
1. Select the profile you would like to manage
Scale subscriptions are linked to a profile, not a user account. Make sure you have opened the profile you are trying to manage.
2. Click on menu
in the top right corner of your screen
3. Click on Manage subscription
4. Click on Edit subscription
5. Click on Off
to turn off auto-renewal.
6. You can also manage your payment cycle
After one year of subscription, you can switch to monthly payments
7. Click on Next
8. Click on Confirm
to save changes
